I promised I wouldn’t push my Electronic religion on you too often, but this was one of my favorite albums last year. Sure, it has great beats and great sounds, but what really works here is the songwriting. I listen to lots of electronica during the day to force my brain to focus on something really complex, but it’s when I find myself listening to something on the Kompakt record label when I’m not trying to focus on something that I realize that I might be on to something.
I chose this video because I would love to see them live soon. According to their website, this won’t happen soon.
